1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Plumto (“the Service”), provided by Cloudprism Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Plumto is a CRM platform designed for growing sales teams. The Service includes lead management, pipeline tracking, workflow automation, reporting, and sales tools. Features and availability may change over time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, content, and trademarks, belong to Cloudprism Solutions. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Payment & Billing

Pricing is custom and agreed upon between Cloudprism Solutions and the customer prior to service commencement. Payment terms are specified in individual agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudprism Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
